Religious wackoes are dangerous. They need to be kept in check and practise their superstitious habits in private [like homosexuals and other socially unacceptable people

I could care less what practices people have, so long as they are peaceful. Chritianity is ALSO sweeping through Asia and Africa, and the Chinese government has repressed them from meeting unless they have "officially" registered with the Chinese government (which then targets them for practicing their beliefs)..

Falun Gong may have a political side or not.. But the essence is that they are non-violent.. and thus, Chinese leaders should not need to resort to violent means to counter their influence.

But my overall opinion is that the Chinese leadership will not long be able to repress their religious masses. To try and do so will only undermine their own tenuous legitimacy.
