Doug R. ---> re: b n n d

Provided is a qustion I have for you. Please get back to me if it makes any sense.

I am searching for answers to the latest German listing event and would also like to learn how the new listing will impact the market makers and the undeclared shorting (if that is actually existant) here in the US. Is there something to read into re: this new German listing?

Thanks in advance

To all: How is the last sale price set for a stock? Sometimes the
last sale price is the bid and other times it is ask price and also
can be anything between the bid and ask. Is there a rule here?
For low price stocks the last sale price can make it look like the stock is up or down but the bid and ask has remained the same.
