That the three filings are coincident is interesting, and you may be right. Perhaps the insiders were advised to coordinate the plans--although that might raise more questions than it puts to rest.

Each of the three filings contains language along the lines of: <The sales reported by this Form 4 are made pursuant to the terms of an Investment Management Account Agreement designed to meet the requirements of Rule 10b5-1(c)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.</remarks>

Probably they do not need to disclose 10b-5 plans, but to inform investors community about plans can not hurt, while opposite may, imo.
