assessment of the issues regarding wafer scale integration. Excellent issues to consider!! I do like your idea of an MCM for the reasons that you stated... I think we will see this technology within 2-3 years. The nice thing is that it could offer unlimited parallel processing scaling capability........BB

The military built wafer scale sram's in the 80's both optically by stitching fields together and direct write ebeam. TRW I believe. They are looking down at us now.
