I'm trying to understand your premise and conversation with unclewest. Surely, you aren't saying Stalin was bad but Hitler was worse?

They were both terrible, murderous barbarians, who killed, and ordered killed, millions of humans.

Saddam and his two thug sons were exactly the same type horrible monsters. The only difference is that the US and the Coalition stopped Saddam and group from the ability of adding to the numbers. They won't be able to kill millions now.

I am personally familiar with very successful organization in Canada which is called CIA

There's one in America too - the Culinary Institute of America. But it just shares the same initials, it doesn't trade off the resemblance.
