George, the shout was for the attention BPI is getting. Now say that someone had a chronic deficiency of BPI and you wanted to protect them long term this MIGHT be a way. Also as you very well know BPI has been tweaked to rbpi21 for a reason. You DO you remember rbpi23 don't you??? I hope that you see were there MIGHT be a HUGE need for Neuprex in ACUTE life threatening gram neg infections IF given in a TIMELY manner just like the conventional antibiotic therapy. Remember the newborn issue? I really like the move towards using ANY type of BPI for PREVENTIVE, PROTECTIVE reasons!!!!!!!!! >>>>>>>>http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=PubMed&list_uids=12032259&dopt=Abstract
