He is not taking on two classes of people. They are not being served by him. They are harmed by not having the opportunity to choose him. Limited choice, especially due to class membership, is a harm. You don't need to KNOW you've been harmed. But your choices of masseurs are one less than they could be, you have been denied the choice to go to Mojo.

If a secret club existed, that would not allow women, women would be harmed by being excluded. They might not know they were being harmed, but they would be anyway, because this secret club will forever be denied to them, just because they are women. Now Mojo is even more problematic than a club, imo, because he is a business. I hope that makes it clear. You may disagree about the harm, but I've thought it out, and I think this is a very insidious and real harm.
