There is unrest in the Forest
There is trouble with the trees
For the Maples want more sunlight
And the Oaks ignore their pleas

The trouble with the Maples
(And they're quite convinced they're right)
They say the Oaks are just too lofty
And they grab up all the light
But the Oaks can't help their feelings
If they like the way they're made

Now there's no more Oak oppression
For they passed a noble law
And the trees are all kept equal

Perhaps you are not underestimating such things

I wouldn't begin to know how to estimate it. We have no data and no way to even guesstimate any. I take your point on the harm. Problem is that it's so amorphous that there's no way to measure it and no way to take action to obviate it save putting a halt to Mojo, and it wouldn't be right to do that without some kind of cost-benefit analysis, which isn't feasible. You said you wouldn't constrain him, anyway, so that leaves us with some undetermined harm and no alternatives for mitigation.
