GW, The government can't even raise property taxes. Of course the coffers are going to empty at some point.

Under Davis, government spending increased 40%. It's a good thing Californians voted for those "ridiculous propositions," or else he might have raised taxes and declare what a wonderful job he did balancing the budget.

Of course, if you want to argue that Californians are undertaxed, that's fine by me.
