Arnold is not finished. He might even win. But if he does, it will probably be close and there will be a second recall ASAP championed by womens groups in particular.

Remember, the recall law was put there for malfeasance and criminal behavior. Neither of these Davis did, but Arnold has with his sexual battery history. Only if Arnold rebounds with more than 45% will be be left in office without opposition.
