I read that article too and I am wondering that with all these oursourcing activities, the end market does not change. The largest market for now is still the United States. Companies like Dell or Maytag are simply reducing their cost of goods but they still sell their final products to the US market. The question is obviously if the US consumers have less and less buying power, then what do these companies do? Right now, the buying power is from credit card, but at some point, when the decent paying jobs are permanently gone, who will continue to shop?
