CLinton launched 300 Cruise missiles at Al Qaida, didn't he? That's not nothing. As you may know, we had to get permissions from Pakistan and others to wage the Afghanistan war. Otherwise, the place is land-locked and so far from the ocean that bombing raids aren't even feasible. Clinton was training a Pakitani Special OIps hit team to take out Osama. Bush apparently disbanded it when he came into office.
