You may qualify on the basis that if you trade anode copper you are probably an accredited metal head. On the other hand if you fish this area for hints of rapidly rising or risen stock, you may also get ff points for needing vast sums of money to carry out luxurious retirement plans. There is nothing like being in on the ground floor of a multi dollar juicy promotion at 25 cents. Just try getting a lot of those PP's from nascent juniors at popular prices with warrants. Many see them go by, but few are chosen. You would think that people get phone calls every day from companies dying to unload cheap paper on them. I wonder how many people here promoing AQI were in on the AQI IPO, have AQI seed stock at 10 cents, and get calls when they are doing non brokered PP's?. Not a whole herd. The reduction in travel permits is probably the only sane option the Israelis have to somewhat reduce probabilities, as they are never sure that compromise will work to both reduce short term conflict and not create long term erosion of security values.
