Expect him to become more moderate after he is elected and starts to think more about his national prospects. I know nothing of the Dem/Repub split in La, and I don't know how it works at State level. Since he got 30% as a Repub, I guessed he got most of that vote, and the others split up the Dem vote. Why don't you take it as a project to keep us up to date on the runoff? As we get nearer to the election, I hope to get various posters to keep us up on the local races in their States.
