I used to drive a Citron. It was coloured yellow. I prefer a Sab as they handle better. Citrons are nice looking I will admit. Pugots are actually quite nice when new, but they don't last. The all time winner for cost effectiveness is the duChevot. The duChevot is most economical and simple, and if you get it in a jam you can get out and pick it up with your hands and move it. Of course because it is not as sturdy as, say, a wicker basket, you must avoid collisions with even bicyles, with an uncompromising attitude. This makes it quite safe to drive. Finally the the snob car(s) of all snob cars is/are the Austin-Mini/Cooper S. The only cheaper car(s) to drive is/are the old VW Beetle/90 HP-90 mph Bosch K-jet 411(poor man's Porshe). The Austin 1100 would still be around today if they had beefed up the power train fore and aft making it an Austin 1500 with stellite valves, and left the totally fluid suspension alone. For all around driving values the injected 245DL could not be beat. It was of medium fuel economics. (20 MPG town)
