California is now a liberal state. It only figures that if they have a Republican Governor, that he would be from the moderate wing of the Party. Just like Arkansas wouldn't be expected to have a liberal Democratic Governor.

All Arnold proves, is that Democrats play dirty politics as well(or badly) any Republican.

The GOP should have backed McClintock. They made a terrible mistake, drunken as they were with all the star power and free PR. If Arnold were to drop out now, McClintock could win.
