ORCA just finished watching the US women loose the World CUP to Germany. What a great game for both sides and what a great speech by the US coach April Heinrichs after the game.

Back to the topic. You miss the most important point. There would be no deficit in California if Davis had kept to the spending of his predecessors. He increased the spending by 28 % way out of line. If he had kept spending to the rate of population growth California would have a surplus. While I condemned Bush for his spending in my last post(by the way he has increased non-military spending by about 28 %) and said he may be worse. I might also note that unlike Bush Davis had record revenues pouring in.

WHAT DOES THAT SAY ?
NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU GIVE THE PIGS THEY WILL SPEND IT AND NEED MORE
