I don't need to. But, on the other hand, since there are very few people I actually respect, I want to. The insult is there, legitimized by its print existence. While you might think responding to it legitimizes it, other people, possibly not quite so bright as you, or possibly simply lacking your rationality, might see not addressing it as a sign that it is true. I would never even have known about it if you hadn't "legitimized it" by cutting and pasting it into your post. Right? I don't get all that many opportunities to post nice things about Rambi, because she is intelligent enough not to be here very often. I will take every opportunity I can get like that. We'll just have to disagree on the issue of legitimization.

That's very perceptive. For another example, he threw bigotry back at me because I suggested that Mojo was a bigot. You're right. That is his modus operandi here. One reason I wish the Mojo discussion had faded out long ago, and why I dropped out of it, because I think it has turned Jewel from someone who used to be as sensible a poster as anybody here (which I realize isn't saying much, but let that pass) into something other than that.
