"Hot on the trail" of things they may have been working on is hardly "Iraq does have WMDs". That's the problem with this Administration's spin machine, they consistently underestimate the average person's ability to spot a crock of horse puckey when it's dumped on their heads several dozen times in a row. Asserting something repeatedly with tiny or nonexistent fragments of evidence does not produce Truth and Wisdom.
