Louis,
In commodities of the precious flavors, news only comes out
AFTER the move, usually well after.

An excellent example was the Washington Agreement in 99. Small traders went bonkers for a few days trying to find out why gold was suddenly acting alive when they thought it a dead and yellow dog. Meanwhile, all the signatories, including non signatories like the US, certainly knew what was going on, they MADE the news!.

It gives the perpetrators time to get their stories straight. Transparency does not apply to money, whether it be fiat or true, for money can buy it's own cloaking devices.
