You know, that's a really good angle to think about. I never thought about the increased bandwidth needs created by all this outsourcing. But that's sure to create a little increase. I think in general there are a lot of things that are driving up bandwidth demands. My favorites are video on demand technology and broadband adoption. BTW, on a different note, I just subscribed to a great new service with Time Warner. I turned in my old digital receiver and they game me a new one that comes with DVR (Digital Video Recorder) technology. So for $10 extra per month, I can get all the benefits of Tivo. I think it's a Tivo killer, because Time Warner has millions of subscribers they can get hooked on this new service. So if you own Tivo, sell it. Their day is done. :)
