Pushing an employee is over the line, agreed, but it's not serious. A lot of bosses do it from time to time when they blow their top. Appears to be an isolated incident. If Arnold's groping were an isolated incident it would not even be an issue. But we could be talking hundreds and hundreds of such incidents. After all, what are the odds? If fifteen step forward, then that must be the tip of the iceberg. Not just in this state and this country but around the world.
