He's filed a lawsuit against the energy companies, like Enron, who swindled Californian's out of billions of dollars during the phoney power shortage. Who cares where I live? Who cares where you live? Clearly the election in California will likely have national implications, since California has the most electoral votes, the politics there are being watched closely by Bush and the Dems.
