The neocon agenda is bankrupt. It has taken us down a dark and dangerous foreign policy blind alley and came up with nothing but unsubstantiated fantasies. It has done absolutely nothing to improve our national security. All it has done is cost us vast sums of taxpayers money while reducing our military capability to deal with those things that actually do constitute a threat to US national security. The neocons will in time be run out of town -- the only question is how much damage they will do while they still have some power and influence.
