I have gone on at lengths over the need for non-interference in internal affairs of other nations. If you don't like their governments, see to it that it does not get any help but leave the nation alone to find its own solutions.

So abandoning Somolia was ok? Letting the butchery happen in Rwanda and now in the Congo is an internal affair?

Papa Doc used to say that if you kept a population hungry enough - they couldn't revolt. The North Koreans have learned.

When as a privledged nation do we shoulder responsibility?
