He showed his son and then showed how to figure square roots with a pencil and paper. The kid let that one slip in class and my friend was called in for teaching his son something the other kids wouldn't know. The principal threatened to expel the kid if his father taught him something out of the curriculum again. That ain't the way school was when I grew up.


Well, I think that such case as this is nuts -- even bizarre.

Ish, that has to be an "Uban Legend" No teacher and/or principal would do something that stupid.
