Certainly you are right. Many people are taking advantage of the rates to lock in long (or full term) low rates. Fixed mortgages, 0% car for I guess 60 months now. Many more are going to get sucker punched for loading up on consumer credit, lines of credit, and non fixed rate longer term loans.

Its not the responsible consumer that worries me. Its the ones who go into the hole each and every month paying bills. And I'm sure you know there are a whole lot of these people.
