JOE, MALCOLM asked me about the 5 mill. shares issued and here is my response to him . MALCOLM, I have no problem with the 5 mill. shares . Look Malcolm either you want to build the business or you don't . Malcolm you have 3 places to go for money . Either to the bank , to wall street or to Tailwind . The bank will probably do business with Fonar AFTER they are profitable . We already went the Tailwind route . So you have the Street . Malcolm remember when Fonar purchased the PPMs I said they should have purchased it for Half cash and Half Stock . I said this would save them a ton of cash so they would be able to use it to continue to BUILD THE BUSINESS . Remember the answers I received on the boards . That would dilute the co. You don't know what you are talking about and so on . Well Malcolm IF they would have done that at the time the price of the shares were in the $3.50 range . How many LESS shares would have been issued ? We may NOT have even needed to do the Tailwind deal . But that is water under the bridge as they say . Move on . So what are we looking at NOW Malcolm ? We are looking at a CO. that has ONLY about 1 mill. LEFT in LTD and that will be taken care of THIS YEAR . That means that the PPMs that HMCA has are PAID in full. So whatever revenues come in from there are now gravey . The Damadian center revenues are going to rise with the addition of the Stand Ups in Brooklyn and Staten Island . More gravey . Fonar has 25 sales so far this year 22 of them to outside accounts . More gravey . As far as the 5 mill. shares . That money will be used to help get about 10 more scanners INSTALLED which will lead to MORE sales . MORE GRAVEY . As far as CUTTING COSTS . Fonar now has 477 employees vs 570 last year . That means the PAYROLL is going to go DOWN BIG TIME . MORE GRAVEY . MALCOLM as I have told all along it IS about building the business FIRST . Dr.D. is doing exactly that . Malcolm in 1996 Fonar did 13 Mill. in revenue for the year . The PPM side alone did over 9 mill. alone last year . The Damadian centers another 13 mill. and SALES were 30 mill. I'm looking for those 3 areas to INCREASE those totals this year . Malcolm the ANTI-FONAR CROWD do not like the SALES . The SALES are KILLING THEM . Dr.D. needs to STAY FOCUSED on BUILDING THE BUSINESS .
