In my world, they are the folk who say you shouldn't do what Farmers does. He's a fanatic. He is out there tending the sores of the poor, and he thinks that is the purpose of life. You really can't reason with people like him. They are venerated from afar during their life, and eulogized after their death. But no one can live with them. A Bill Gates, by building Microsoft, does more for humanity every day than the "Farmers" do in a lifetime. They don't leave a "ripple" when they go.
