Right, while a Republican would blame it on the previous admin (which gave them overly high standards to live up to with their huge surpluses), cut taxes in the face of gigantic spending increases, and then rat out their own spies to divert attention from the real problems they are causing. Or, if a Republican could possibly have a brain, they would arrange for the Cubs and Bosox to go to the World Series and nobody would even care about the Bush Depression. <VBG>
