We? Does this mean you are in reality an expat masquerading as a non-citizen? No. It just means you don't know what writing in between quotation marks signifies :-) Read my post again. You will understand what I meant. Especially note the words official line and the use of quotes. Now, Monaco... That's an entirely different proposition. The U.S. could use Mediterranean beach access Heh. That would be funny. I am pretty sure that invasion of Monaco would mean war between US and France, which in turn means war between EU and US. How interesting :-) I doubt it, though. La famille princiere is half-American. Remember Grace Kelly? By the way, did you know that Americans and the French are the only (to my knowledge) nationalities that pay tax if they live in Monaco? You guys can't escape taxes anywhere, it seems...
