I like the charts on both MSSN and FORG..

siliconinvestor.com

4.00 is the trading target on FORG with low 5's as the longer term target in keeping with our way of doing things for the folio. It has not failed us all year so no reason to change that I can see.

FORG is pretty strong on the cash side compared to shares outstanding given that it is a very small company. The recent buyout of the private software company helps to make them attractive as a buyout by a larger software company also.

I've noticed that Yahoo "key stats" now has an enterprize value listed. As far as I can find this "enterprize value" is what another company would pay for the company based on EBITDA estimates. I like the number for FORG if it is correct. <GGGGGGGGGGGGG> over 7 bucks per share...now that would be a YYYEEEHHHAAA!
