LOL...another post to bookmark and check back on in your time frame of 24 months interesting that this post follows by a few your reference to that idiotic article about arnold...it's clear that he has made some mistakes, which one of us hasn't? whoever wrote that article had the same type of agenda as the LA Times has now had for several months, and that article is as fair and balanced as the Times' reporting, which is disgustingly biased certainly i will not debate your contentions point for point, as other than the very likely scenario of interest rates being higher in 24 months (that would be due to the continued improvement in the economy, and what will almost certainly be continued stability to strength in the housing market), they range from pessimistic to outright comical, especially considering that several of them contradict each other, and could never happen simultaneously...leave at this...fat chance...lol this thread is a trip, sucks to miss a great market rally, doesn't it? <GGG> i used to own a vending company, i wish i had the sour grapes vending machine on this thread, i could retire again...lol
