Is Bill officially unqualified to serve as President? I thought he was only prohibited from running for President for a third time.

So they run as "Hillary and Bill?" When they get elected, Hillary resigns and Bill takes over? How's that for a "Conspiracy Theory" that would curl the Right's hair? :>)

I need to sit down with the Constitution and read it carefully. Charles McCarry, who used to be with the CIA and now writes fiction, did a very clever analysis of some of the amendments a few years ago in a fiction novel, that made me realize that very few of us actually sit down and parse it word for word.

The long denoument of the 2000 Presidential election suggested to me that this includes the US Congress and the US Supreme Court.

So, I won't opine without giving it serious study.
