Yes, US dollar is likely to continue sliding downward. A slow slide is preferable for the US to a precipitous drop. Unfortunately our trading partners also don't want their currencies to get stronger because of other competitor nations. Increasing federal deficits and the current account trade deficit and increasing amounts of dollars in circulation should contribute to continuing of the US dollar slide.
