Bill,
My properties are on Rocky Point, Port Salerno. I want to sell them in the coming months, but I have concerns about potential 1031 exchanges and how the A.M.T. tax rules might influence the sales of investment property in general. As I said the values have really taken off in recent 2-3 years. Is a nice area but hurricane insurance issues can be a draw-back. I want out, just trying to determine the best way to cash-out. Still a lot of baby boom influx potential in the coming years

Best

Don

RE:"I know Port ST. Lucie sat rather dormant for a long time. Have things picked up there?"

It's hotter than the Wabasso area.
