at least clinton had political experience, arnold has to start out with the full orientation, i hope he keeps a direct line to warren buffett in place at all times

Buffet's first advice to him is to increase the property tax. Are you a CA homeowner? I am and I will be really upset if he listens to Buffet on this one.
