actually, anyone from the street is an oversimplification, but overall, we would be a lot better off in this country if people were elected to office from the private sector, did their elected job with the help of well chosen, knowledgeable advisors, and then went back to the private sector after a term or two i believe that that is what our founding fathers had in mind...this system of professional, lifelong politicians is not what they had in mind, and not the best thing for our country
