Arnold is a scummy sexual harrasser but great at hype and promos. He also had a great bod in his hey day. I enkoy some of his films. How can he balance the budget? With very unpopular cuts he hasn't discussed yet. He has his choice. Health care or prisons, since he's said he wont cut education. All other spending in mandatory by law because of all the propositions we've had which have passed. Including the car tax which is mandatory now that we're in a deficit. Davis was a weak candidate. Explains everything.
