The facts are the facts if Davis had kept to the same pace of spending that WIlson had the state of California would have a surplus. You keep saying 40,000 try 435,000

Under his watch, state spending increased nearly 40% in four years. He claims that he is not responsible for the budget deficit, but he is wrong. Revenues over the four previous years had increased. They just didn't increase enough to feed the obscene growth of state government operations.
