Isn't it funny that the people who to this day defend Socialist/Communist ideas under which millions of people were killed for the struggle of Communism now exclaim that the recall of a single bureaucrat is a dangerous threat and radical idea.

Yeah, but he was their bureaucrat. What would you expect?

They're like a pack of rats or wild dogs, looking out for their own. That's something the Republicans, who historically tend to be more independent-thinking instead of pack-like, are just starting to learn.

We're all against communism. Socialism has nothing to do with communism. Canada and all European countries are socialist but also capitalist. The US is partly socialist mostly capitalist. right now Canada is doing a lto better than the US is. So is Europe. Dollar down 17% against the euro lately.

Some socialism works because it keeps things steady. Not too much boom or bust. Not too much rich or poor. Too much of anything is bad.

Communism is akin to fascism. A dictatorship. Socialism is a democracy. Also, without some socialism there is no middleclass. The middleclass is what fuels the US capitalist economy. Without it we are a poor nation of haves and have nots and there would be an eventual revolution. If you are receiving retirement benefits or health care, you too are socialist. So quit using the term socialist as if it's akin to communism. I have traveled all over the world and seen them all. Communism and dictatorships are the same. All capitalist countries are partly socialist. All it emans is retirement plans and a safety net. Without it, we pay even more trying to rebukld society when it fails. Like we are doing in Iraq now.
