/OT voting in California.. According to this site, a mixture of systems are used... ss.ca.gov I would have thought there should be just one system used.... the best one proved by scientific analysis and experimentation. /wow, didn't realize the scope of the problem.. atlanta.creativeloafing.com In the UK, we have always just used a paper vote and it seems to work OK, I think an electronic system should be better, USA may need some special assistance and/or reform to get over problems.
