If you open a link from Hotmail and perhaps from other MSN services it opens in a MSN/Hotmail frame. If you copy and paste the URL from the page with the frame it will not open for people who are not logged in to your account, and maybe not even for you if you try much later. What you need to do is open the frame in a new window then cut and paste the url from that new window.
