JS, the simple conclusion from all this is still the same "It is the economy stupid" Does not matter what a person does in his personal life. If a person can deliver, then impeachment can go out the window. And let us celebrate the American electorate. California, I think has provided the lead to the entire country. If the situation with the economy does not improve by November 2004, then there are surprises in store there also. Americans vote their pocketbooks, plain and simple.
