Arnold's victory sends a message to the rest of the nation. I wonder if the Republicans will misinterpret that message. One message is: a socially-liberal fiscally-conservative candidate can beat both a Democrat and a Republican. Another message is: Republicans, don't get you're hopes up on California. Look at what happened to Prop 54...

Chalk up one for the moderates.

vote2003.ss.ca.gov Millions of people voted and decided the recall.

That clearly makes this statement an idiot identification event cue.

"1. I was opposed to the recall because I think it puts too much power in the hands of a few people. I don't think that recall should be triggered unless there are crimes committed."

And when any person lead off with analysis that on it's face is an idiot identification event cue.

One laughs an this opinion of a no name anonymous poster on the ability of a person to garner millions of people to vote for him.

Whining idiot identification event cue.
"4. Arnold, with less experience in governing than groping, has his work cut out for him. If any of these gropees bring suit against him while he's governor, it will also probably mean another recall."

Yes we here from all the Orcastraiter of puke politics.

Davis should have taken a lesson from Gary Locke in WA. We had a budget crises like California but we got through it with no new taxes and cuts in funding for education and health care.
