Well, eight out of ten drugs will fail on their way to approval, so why not anti-heparanase? A good thing that they have some partners in crime.

Isn't OGS supposed to be an expert in this area? I saw something about small-molecule inhibitors too at their site. And further from a critical point of view, why put money into mAb-development if they think small molecules can do the job. mAbs are too expensive, etc.
