So what will Arnold cut from the "liberal" spending?
Wait and see. I know McClintock would slash away at social programs. But Arnold is not a typical Republican. We just dont know what he'll do or where his real values lie in terms of spending. He also has not promised not to raise taxes. And he may not even have the authority to rescind the car tax.

What gets closed down under Arnold, those "liberal" prisons? Hospitals? Schools? Police departments?
