Hehe, you just can't get over the fact that the Clinton years were filled with prosperity and peace, can you? And that the Bush years are marked by war, increased poverty, joblessness, divisive foreign policy, increased distrust and hatred of the US by the rest of the world, and now scandal and incompetency.

End of story will come in 2004. That is, the end of the neocon story.
