yuan is generic dollar. For example, US Dollar would be US yuan.

Renminbi is the official name of the currency. Renmi means people, citizens. Bi means currency. Renminbi = People's money. You also see RMB.

Missed the peak but wasn't at the bottom for once. ;-)

First few days of the month or quarter gets a big inflow of new money for pensions, 401 (k) s , etc. This tends to push every thing up, followed by a let down of a few days.
Today seemed like that let down.

Even the low priced small stock I trade are influenced by this.

Not sure we will see this in PAL, as platinum keeps going higher....
