I updated Oilviews to include Lehmans Q3 production forecast. This forecast should offset some of the worry about where the demand went and explain why the market is pricing the NG strip the way it is.

Joe B may have his views, but the consensus Accuweather forecast for my area is similar to the NOAA.

tex,

Only lived in Colorado Springs for the last 3 months, but I have yet to turn on either the AC or the heat. Weather has been great!!

The better news is if I every turn it on, the rates are about 1/2 of Houston. We use coal and average about 1/3 less than the national average. :-))

Jim

energy guys, have you checked out the coals the past several weeks? i charted aci a few months ago. it has moved sideways since 2001 for quite a base. it has plodded up to about 24.50 again. this is about the 4th time it's been here in two years. a breakout would take it up quite a way.

also i noticed mee has been doing well and just passed some 15 resistance the other day. just fyi.

what does electricity use nationwide look like lately?
